Printer issues

Anyone know ho to fix error "printer not activated error code - 30" when trying to email invoices?

    My previous fix was to Right click on the Reckon icon and select "Run as Administrator" and also do same for Outlook (sometimes a re-start would be required to take effect).    However this fix only works for emailing one statement and then doesn't work.  Problem again occured since yesterday when Outlook 2016 was upgraded.   Aargh, I feel your pain.   Will follow to see who has the solution.   The error seems to rear it's ugly head on this community time and time again.

    Reckon Accounts 2016 is now released which is Outlook 2016 and Windows 10 compatible, this will solve your issues.

    There is no other way around it unfortunately, except for downgrading your Office version to Office 2013.

    Reckon 2016 is also webmail compatible, meaning you don't even need Outlook!
