Printing issue

I upgraded from Reckon PP 2017 to PP2018. When I go to Printer Setup, and select "For Reports/Grpahs", I get an error messsage "Unable to verify the active printer at the system level" but when I select "For Printing Cheques", my printer is visible in the printer dialogue box. In other words, the software is recognising my printer for printing cheques, but not for printing Reports/Graphs. First time I've had this issue. Can you help or should I just try a reinstall?

Thanks so much for responding. In the end, I deleted my printer and its drivers and then reinstalled the drivers and it worked!
