Printing issues

Cant seem to print from Hosted? Doing all the right things, then no preview, and definitely no printed invoice.  Anyone else having this issue?

    Hi Debbie

    What Browser are you using and are you sure you do not have any plug ins blocked ??

    That may be why you cannot see the printer.

    Right Graeme. I think it's related to the pop up blocker

    Hi Graham,

    Weird - was printing this morning, no issues...and yes, upon investigation the pop-ups blocked the printer.
    When I originally reset this, I set it to 'always enable', so totally baffled about why this has happened.
