Printing Problems within Reckon

Since I upgraded to the new Reckon Accounts Hosted I do not seem to be able to print.   The process starts out as normal but then just gets lost in limbo - no print preview as before and it is not going direct to the printer either.   When enquiring if my staff were having the same problem, I was informed that they were having the same issue last week prior to the upgrade.   Is anyone else having this issue, is their a fix??

Hi Fiona,
Following the release of Reckon Accounts Hosted 2018, there has been a change to the printing process which overall will reduce the amount of clicks required which has been a strong point of feedback historically. There is one thing that is required for printing in the new Hosted which is to enable popups for the Hosted URL in your browser.
