We provide all clients a tax invoice for construction claims.  Can you please confirm if you can print a receipt for the tax invoice paid.

    Hello Gilda,

    Welcome to the Reckon Community.

Once an invoice is paid it will show a Status of Paid, the amount received and the balance owing.  There is no separate "receipt" for amounts paid for an invoice.

    Hope this helps.

    HI Gilda

There is another option which gives you an ability (if you want to) of issuing something similar to a receipt, but, this will only work properly once an Invoice has been fully paid.  Here are the steps:
    1.  Open the paid Invoice
    2.  Within the Invoice "frame/window", click on the ?History? tab at the top of the window.  This will then provide you with a history of that particular invoice and the dates that payments have been made.  You can then print this off.  That is the closest that I know of to produce something like a receipt, other than providing another copy of the Invoice with the ?Paid? stamp appearing on it, together with the other information that John G mentions above.

Thanks so much John for your response.  This option here prints the same information as the statement just seperately.  Unfortuantely the Commonwealth Bank on this occasion will not process a payment based on a customer statement as they are requesting a receipt for  a paid tax invoice.

Sorry Gilda, but I am not quite with you as I don't understand what a Statement and the Commonwealth Bank have to do with your question.  If you would like some further input, give me a ring on 0428 695454.  I would have thought that the steps above provide you with the evidence of payment for each invoice.
