Can somebody help me please. We had ticked in our adjustment notes to be printed and never did the printing. Now when I go to print a batch all these non printed notes are highlighted. There are about 1000 so it does take some time to retrieve them. Is there any way I can delete this instruction without bringing each note up and deleting the instruction. They go way back to 2005.

I know with desktop version I would use "File, Print Forms, etc" and choose a pdf printer rather than sent to price.  Then they go to a file.

This would have worked with the old version of Hosted, and should work with the new.  Might take a while to run!

While this worked well with the adjustment notes. We also have over 2000 sales orders again dating back to 2005 that I treated the same way as the adjustment notes above but they still remain as a batch waiting to be printed. In other words I cant get these off the print list. Why would they be different to the adjustment notes and does anybody have any suggestions of how we can fix the problem bar going through each sales order individually

    Hi Ian,

I have had a similar issue with a client.  I did it in smaller batches as there seemed to be a corruption with certain forms.  I manually removed the tick from those then continued on PDF printing smaller batches.  Hope that help you also.

Thanks Suzanne. Have just tried this but it is not working. A bit annoying really given that it worked well when I did the adjustment notes. Any other suggestions since I would like to tidy it up. The one way that I know works is to bring up the documents and untick the print and proceed from there. But with 2500 docs I will be there until I retire!!!!!!

    Cheers Ian

Sorry Ian, nothing comes to mind for now.  Hopefully someone else may have a suggestion.

Ian, Could/have you tried taking the batch size down to one or two invoices?

Also is there any way you could try another PDF printer?
I found using the Reckon PDF printer didnt work but my client had 'Cute PDF' installed and that worked.  Where as I had PDF creator on my PC and that worked for me.

    It is just a thought....

This particular issue with the packing slips/sales orders has not gone away. To reiterate we have around 2200 in the batch dating from 2006 to 2008 that I am unable to get rid off. As a result any new packing slip has to be printed individually rather than be a batch which renders the batch printing function for this of no use at all. I have tried saving to pdf in small batches and just now printed a few as well and they are still in the batch. Somebody out there must be able to help me surely

    Cheers
