Hi
I never had this problem before. Tried to login to Reckon Accounts Hosted on 2 different browsers. I get this message:
Your connection is not private
Attackers might be trying to steal your information from hosted-connectv82.reckon.com (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards). Learn more
NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID
What can I do?

Which URL are you using to try and access Hosted?
Are you using https://hosted.reckon.com to access the login page and then login OR have you bookmarked the link that Hosted shows after successfully logging in? Its looks something like this -
https://hosted-connectv82.reckon.com/EricomXML/accessnow/start.html?autostart=true&name=Reckon+Accounts+Hosted+Australia+2019
