Hi, Can someone please help me with my issue on Reckon Hosted I have been on the phone for over hour and still the technical support team can not log onto my account.
Has anyone had entered data just disappear so my oldest data in 03/07/2017 so everything I have entered after the 3rd of July has disappeared.
Is there any help I can get please other then the tech support phone line???

Normally what has happened is that you have a few data files and you've logged into an earlier and wrong one

Hi Charles, Thank you for responding. do you know how I check or change the date file??? sorry have no idea with this system, never had any issues since ive used reckon so don't even know what I have chosen

Hi Uki,

If you go through File > Open or Restore Company > you'll see your Q drive which will house your QBW files.

Make sure that you're selecting and opening the correct file from here.

Are you opening the same file as what you were using previously when the data was still present in the file?

Is there any chance you've opened an older file? Do your files have similar names?
