Problem logging in

I have an ongoing problem where if I don't use Quickbooks for a little while and it logs me out, I can't log back in again.  I get a message saying, "Warning", "The attempt to log in with the user name "Admin" failed. This user is already logged into the company file. If possible, try logging in using a different user name". I only have one user name, and don't want to have more than one user name for a few reasons (and it shouldn't be necessary). I use an Apple iMac.

Thanks, I have just spoken to the Reckon Help desk and they gave me that same fix, which has worked.
