Problem Logging In - Related to change from 2017 to 2018?

Noticed this morning that we can't use 2017 to enter Reckon anymore. Tried to log on as Administrator but when I click on "Launch Accounts 2018" button I get a Request Error with message "The server encountered an error processing the request. See server logs for more details."

I should note we haven't run upgrade from 2017 to 2018 at this time.

Support desk not open yet - any ideas?

Welcome to the Reckon Community.

Yes, Hosted NZ 2017 was decommissioned yesterday, as advertised on the landing page. 

Other issues relating to the switch to 2018-only have been resolved.

Hi John we have bee trying all day Friday, Sat and Sunday to back up or company file to start the switch but each time it fails. running in both chrome and edge. we can not reach any technical support and its the last business day for the month tomorrow - I can not afford to lose another day of no business.
