Problem Running back up and got this msg I use Reckon Desktop

I ran backup last week and got this msg

I then rebuilt data as advised and ran backup again and it saved with no problems. Now I tried running backup today and the same msg appeared I’m assuming this should not happen every time I run back up pls help

I think it would be important to look at the log file that is created when the rebuild/verify is done and see what the problems are that it is fixing?  if you open the file and press Ctrl+1 on the keyboard - then press Ctrl+2 and go to the Open File window and then select QBWIN.log and open this - scroll to the bottom and review the comments to see what problems have been resolved?  It could indicate you have a problem with your hard drive and transactions might be getting a bit corrupted?
