Problem running backups

Every time I try to do a backup reckon gets stuck & the only way I can resolve this is to start task manager, end reckon & restart my pc. Help?

Hey Mel, sounds like there maybe an issue with the company file. Best thing to try would be to verify and rebuild your company file. Keen to hear how you go. ^Mirko
