Problem: Server Busy error when emailing

I'm a computer technician, I have a  client is using reckon accounts premier 2019 (installed on a Windows 10 64-bit computer & running Outlook 2016

They have a problem that started 3-4 weeks ago.

When they email an invoice through Reckon using Outlook, the email sends but they receive a server busy error (picture attached) every time. Which is unacceptable.

I've tried
installed 64bit Outlook (was 32)
Making a new profile on the computer and in Outlook
Toggling email preview in Outlook and changing UAC

I tried using the Gmail option to send invoices through Reckon, but as they need to enter the password every time this is also unacceptable.
