Problem setting report dates

Hi
We use Reckon Accounts Home and Business 2015. This year when we have tried to run reports the programme doesn't allow us to customize dates for the reports and defaults to a quarter in the current year. Can you tell us how to fix this?

Have your tried selecting Last Year as the Date Range?

Can you see the actual transactions in the account?  Have you tried Validate & Super Validate?  Is it a customised report you are trying to use?  Can you try a report from the list?
