When I inherited Reckon 2015 from a previous user there were three nested backup folders, all of which seemed to contain the same information. I deleted two of them and now I get an error message when I try to back up. Can anyone help me ?
Thanks Kris, but I'm afraid that doesn't work. I choose the one remaining backup folder but still receive the error message 6916. I also used to be able to backup to an external hard disc drive, but now can't back up there either.
Thanks again Kris. No, the file isn't very big. I've discovered that the file is actually being backed up to the backup folder. The error message is actually an error in itself. I don't know how to fix this, but I can live with it.
