Problem with reports not generating

I am an accountant with access to 2 ReconOne online files.  At the moment neither file will generate any reports.  I click on "generate" for the report I want and the screen goes grey and says "Generating report. Please wait" and the Recon icon just keeps filling with red and never stops.  I have "waited" for over half an hour and tried in both files and the same thing keeps happening.

I have used these reports before without problem, is there a reason why they are not generating?

Still waiting for report after 2 hours of thinking about it
Hi Sharon

Have experienced this before, close the program right out of it, clear all the cookies in your browser, login and try again.

Thanks.  I had the same problem yesterday, so closing the program doesn't seem to be the answer.  I was hoping yesterday that today it would be OK

Is this Reckon One - or Reckon Hosted???

If it's Hosted; sometimes there is a message that is stopping the report printing under the generating report screen.

Or pop up blockers have not been enabled?
