Problem with second payroll run

I just noticed that in addition to the duplication of an employee that I have managed to duplicate the year to date totals, so now I really need some help please. Thanks Fay

Hi Fay,
If you have an employee that is not required, you can add an end date to them in their employee details.

Have you sent any submissions yet? If so, have they been successful? ie. do they show a 'Success' status or 'Error' status?

Thanks for your prompt reply Rav. They both show success. This will be more difficult than I originally thought. Something tells me I may need to put an end date for the first entry for the employee and send an amended entry for my second payroll where I showed the YTD total.
Would this be correct? Thanks Fay

Hi Rav, It looks like I put an "last date"  for this employee last payroll so that is why I could only enter a new employee. Hence the confusion I have created. Cheers Fay
