Problem printing invoice after updating Reckon.Selected paper size is unsupported. Printer setup cra

Not long ago I upgraded from Quickbooks Pro to Reckon Accounts and now I'm having problems printing invoices. When I click on print I get a warning "The selected paper size is not supported by this printer........". I then attempt to change the printer or paper size by clicking on File, Printer Setup and then I get an unrecoverable error. Code 1452758321 and the program closes.

    I manage to solve this problem after deleting the printer driver I thought might have been causing the problem. I got lucky and all is well.

    Good to hear Perry, and thanks for sharing your experience.

    Another good general step to take once the obvious step to resolve a printing issue fails, is deleting the Reckon Accounts print files.   

    You'll find the qbprint.qbp and wpr.ini in 2 locations:
    • C:\Users\All Users\Intuit\QuickBooks xxxx-xx;.
    • C:\ProgramData\Intuit\ReckonAccounts 2013
    Accounts Business will recreate these files next time you launch it.
