Do not have the latest version when upgrade from Trial version to paid version

I used the 3 month trial of Easystart and as the period ran out, today purchased Easystart 2012/13. Trying to get the files from the trial version onto the new purchased version but it's saying that I do not have the latest version of Quickbooks, yet there are no updates listed for this product. Help?

    Hi Corrie,

     

    I’m sorry to say you purchased an older copy of EasyStart (2012/13) than the trial (2013).  You cannot open a newer copy file in an older programme.

    I suggest you return the product to the retailer and exchange it for the latest version.  Your file will then open without any trouble.
