So what are you wanting to change it to Maurice?  This is still the first step in the printing process.

Previously a printer could be selected in the first step.  Which is the logical place to select a printer.

Maurice.  I have never known Hosted to be able to be directed to your own printer, but only to the Reckon PDF printer as the first step.  Irrespective, the Reckon printer to PDF is the first step.

John is exactly right, the Reckon PDF printer has always been the first step in the process.

What you'll need to do in order to initiate the next step is enable browser popups for the Hosted site.

    There's more info here -
When I try to print in Reckon Accounts Hosted nothing happens

Is there a resolution for this in Edge?  I see nothing about pop ups.

    Hi Pamela,

Like the Safari browser, Microsoft Edge has no per-website control over blocking pop-up windows. Pop-ups are either blocked, or they are not. To allow pop-ups:

    1. Click the ellipsis icon (...) in the upper right corner of your web browser, and then click Settings.
    2. In the Advanced settings section, click View advanced settings.
    3. In the Block pop-ups section, click the switch to Off. Pop-ups are now allowed.
Note: If you are concerned about allowing pop-ups globally for all websites that you browse, consider using another web browser that allows website exceptions such as Chrome or Firefox.
