problems with my accumilated holidays available.

Hi, I am having problems with my accumilated holidays  available. It comes up on my screen correct but once it is emailled to the employees it seems to change for instant one employee had 150hrs hols which also comes up on my printed version but now when i bring up the same payslip it says 123hrs which is the same on his one he got emailled to him.
