Process ID 3956 Process Id 1576 - files in use when trying to do a clean and install

I have had the error come up when I try to log in saying IszFileBuffer.empty. I am trying to do a clean and install ( Reckon Premier 2014) but it is telling me files are in use. Process ID 3956 and Process Id 1576. I am not sure how to access these to close them and try to get this resolved

    Hi Janine,
    Is your Reckon program fully closed before trying the clean uninstall? 

    Can you please check your Task Manager to see if there are any active processes running that are related to your Reckon program?
