Processed my weekly payroll through Reckon One, but when clicking into STP the file is blank. How do

My STP is blank and I don't know to fix this. Any advice is appreciated!

    Hi Ann, Please check if you have finished the payrun. You can finish the payrun by opening the payrun and clicking on finish payrun. In case you have finished the payrun, please make sure that none of the employees have 2 hire dates under the employment tab of the employee's record. If there are 2 dates then please keep the latest date only and remove the other date and your STP should appear.

    I agree with Joydeep, check to see if the payrun has been finalised
