Processing a tax return in Reckon One

I have received a tax refund from the ATO (yay) and I need to allocate the deposit somewhere so I can reconcile my bank account.  If I try to set up Australian Tax Office as a customer I get a warning saying that they are already a suppler and I'm lost about how to deal with the transaction.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Dave,  If you go to your contacts list, open Australian Taxation Office, tick Customer so they are also a customer.  Then you can use them as you originally intended.
