Hi there, I am wondering if Reckon One allows users to create a progress payment or invoice customers for a percentage of a total bill? We are using the 30 day trial, and we use this function with every sale so it is important to use that we can have this feature before moving to Reckon One permanently.

    Yes you can go to invoice payment and just load the amount paid. It will show on your invoice the amount paid and still owed and leave it on the. Next statment

    It's different when you apply a partial payment received to the invoice, which I suppose Robyn was talking about. 
    In relation to your question I don't think that Reckon One has that complexity of Progress Invoice, especially if it's a development/construction business. I use Reckon Accounts Hosted for more complex business transactions and you could setup progress invoicing there. It is a bit more expensive subscription though.
