QB Premier 2007/2008 Have Invoices outstanding for a customer. When processing receive payments invoices are not showing up .

Are you using jobs for the customer. You need to be receipting against the correct job to see the invoice.0

Also, it's a good idea to check if you have more than one Accounts Receivable. I'm running 07/08 for one customer and we have Corporate Receivables as well as (standard) Accounts Receivable. If I've been receipting a corporate customer, then go to receive a payment from a standard customer, the customer name shows up but their outstanding amount doesn't (until I change the Receivable file name at the top).0
