QBO Import - nothing in Online Banking centre

I'm trying to import a QBO through File>Utilities>Import>Web Connect Files and everything seems ok - it goes off, processes the file but then nothing appears in the Online Banking Center to review!?

The Bank and the accounts are set up for online banking and I've tried importing into existing account and letting QB set one up but niether work.  Anybody any ideas?

Which version of Reckon Accounts are you running?
