I am trying to import a timer file but every time I try I keep getting "Reckon has encountered a problem and needs to shut down".  I ran a data rebuild and it says there are duplicate list items and to go to the log to identify them.  I viewed the log in the Q drive and there is nothing showing there. I need to get this sorted as I'm heading away for a week, typically!  Any ideas please?

    Problem solved, it appears it was in the timer file rather than the company file.  Employee had used double spacing in the notes field, this is obviously still a problem when trying to import??
