I am unable to import bank files from IMB to Premier 2019. The conversion from QIF to QBO does not work, I get the message that there was an error. The QBO file is created, but with no data in it. I can download a QIF to QBO converter, but apparently can't import a QBO file directly into reckon.
As a test, I have imported the file easily into a MYOB file, just hoping I can get Reckon to work, otherwise I may have to seriously consider changing programs.
Any suggestions most welcome.

The files are only text files, open them with notepad see what’s in them, some bank export files have format issues, if you like send a sample file to support@spillman.net.au I will take a look at them.0
