I am looking for a way to make my warehouse department more efficient. I was thinking if there is a way to automatically create a barcode and that will avoid multiple picking of the same Picking slip for the same customer.

    Just a few more details please...

    Are you a current user of QuickBooks/Reckon Accounts? if so which product?

    what are you using at the moment? are you looking to change to Reckon?

    by 'bar code' do you mean your goods already have a bar code and you want to add the details of these bar codes into your program?  or do you want to make up a new bar code for your products?

    With Reckon Accounts (accounting/plus/pro/premier/enterprise) you can now use a bar code scanner to input items onto a packing slip, you just need to add the details of the bar code into the 'edit' details of the product/item...

    Ang, I interpreted the question differently obviously. I think John wants to create the barcode out of Reckon. Just a hunch of course.
