Quickbooks Enterprise unable to print reports. Error message Printer not activated -20

Quickbooks Enterpise 2010/11 SP1 running on Windows 10 Pro 64bit
Reports have been running fine up to yesterday.
Now when trying to print the reconciliation report receive an error message that the Printer is not activated -20.

Have done the following
- removed and re-added printer drivers.
- Re-installed the software.
- set the compatibility type to Windows XP SP2.
Anyone have any ideas on what this could be. I suspect a Windows update, but I am not sure.

If you mean this one

I have tried everything except the bit about activating the local administrator account. The machine is a Winows 10 Pro PC not home. Not sure if that changes anything.

Craig I never use the home versions with Reckon. I only use Professional or higher. Same with the Office versions. The home versions are too flakey. Why havent you activated the built in Administrator account?
