Hi Jean,
Welcome to the Reckon Community,
Your chief problem will be with the PDF converter, which in 11/12 was a 32-bit driver, while WS 2012 is a 64-bit system. You may encounter difficulties with printing to PDF and emailing.
Please see our compatibility guide for Windows 2012 at http://kb.reckon.com.au/issue_view.asp?ID=4691
Some other issues you may encounter are listed in: QuickBooks 2012/13 and Windows 8
One issue specific to WS 2012 is the IE enhanced security - see the note at: http://kb.reckon.com.au/issue_view.asp?ID=4949
You would better to upgrade to the latest version which is fully compatible with Windows Server 2012.
Hope this helps,
regards,
John.
