Welcome to the Reckon Community.
Sorry to hear of your problem.
You mention you have a new PC. If it is a Windows 8.1 PC then check out our Note at:

especially the paragraph on Protection Mode.
Hope this gets you up and running quickly.
If not, then please quote the exact error you are getting and state what operating system and browser version you are using.
