Thank you for your post in our community.
This isn't possible currently. However, it's a great feature to have. I'll pass this to our Developers. You can also submit your great ideas to our Developers through Help > Suggest New Feature in Reckon Accounts Business range products.

dont bother, you would be waiting a very long long time, i am always reporting bugs and suggestions, the last one took SEVEN YEARS TO FIX. the american version in fact DOES report invoice numbers on the subject line when emailed, it's not rocket science to do this. good luck1

doesnt surprise me...... sadly! (they are like Microsoft, they rather get a new version out then fix problems in current version. pity, i like quickbooks and i hate microsoft)0
