Quickbooks hosted dissatisfaction

Very dissatisfied with Quickbooks Hosted. Ever since we went to the Hosted version instead of the local version we have had nothing but problems. The current logon difficulties have meant that we have been unable to enter data for over a week, and customer service calls with Reckon have neither solved the problem nor indicated that the customer service rep even understands the problem. Cannot understand why in 2014 a company selling online software should have so much difficulty in getting it to work properly.
