Hi,
I have re-installed 2010/11 onto a new hard drive and now need the R13 update to be able to open the data file. I have tried doing this from a download but it extracts it to the temp file on C: and I am running QB from an external hard drive E:. Thus once the extraction is done the update is unable to locate my QB 2010/11.
Do you have a solution?
Cheers,
Vanessa..

Hi Vanessa,
There is no such thing as an R13 update for QuickBooks 2010/11. The only update for QuickBooks 2010/11 is the QuickBooks 2010/11 Tax Update which will update your release number from release R1 to release R2. If you're a current Advantage member with Reckon you can download it from http://members.reckon.com.au/UpdatesAndServicePacks.aspx.
