RAH NZ operational issues

Hi Rav.  Many users of RAH NZ have been experiencing performance issues with opening transactions from reports (the right click menu opens instead), moving the sliders up/down in lists, adjusting column widths etc.

It isn't a mouse setup issue as the problem exists over multiple files and on many different machines and logins.

Will this issue be resolved with the new maintenance update?

    Thanks for raising this,
    In regard to those symptoms that you've highlighted, do they occur consistently or do they come and go?

    Also, can I grab a bit more info on what happens when you move up and down through lists and also what is happening if you try to adjust column widths.. ie. does it not work at all or is there something else happening when you try doing those actions?

    Hi Rav

    This is a consistent problem. All browsers, multiple different users, different company files, different computers.

    When trying to adjust column width it just doesn't do it.
    When trying to move sliders it comes up with "scroll here" box instead of moving.
    When trying to drill into transactions on reports the "right click" dialogue box comes up with font options.

    It is very frustrating as we often need to adjust columns to view information and drill down in reports.
