Raise and promotions issue now displays blank payslips

I gave an employee a raise using the raise and promotions section and now when I select to pay that employee all payroll settings have been lost.  All YTD has gone and when selecting the info manually, PAYG doesnt calculate nor do any rates.

Im using Reckon Accounts Premier Edition 2018 with latest updates

    Hi Sherree

    Have you created a new Payroll Item for the higher rate?
    If so, you need to make sure you have PAYGW & Super calculating as well as the Leave time accruing on this new one too.
    Double-click on the Payroll Item & check the setup.

    YTD figures reset to $ 0.00 at the start of each FY but you should still have YTD amounts showing for ANY Payroll Items used.

    Also, check all/your inactive Employees in your Employee List to make sure you're not using an old, duplicated Employee name ...
