submitted a payroll batch via customer portal and it has a status of submitted. The pay data is available on the employees myGov account. Should the status of the Reakon customer portal be updated to success by now?
To get the updated status you need to open the individual pay run. So from the summary screen, click the Detail link next to the payrun you have submitted and you should get the ATO updated status at the top of the page.
Thanks for the feedback Tony, we will look into it. One of the challenges with this is that we would be checking the status of every pay run on that screen and as the list gets longer it will get slower, its one reason we didn't do it first up, but we will look at it and see what we can do.
good point. Probably only need to check and update the status on any that are NOT success But that would require you to store ATO sttaus on the portal, rather than getting it from the ATO every time. see how you go
