Receive payments

What has happened to the function in Receive Payments that pre populates the amount and ticks the invoice when searching by invoice number? I always used this option as it saves time, but now it seems not to be working. Anyone else noticed this?

Hi Viv

Check your Preferences in case this option has somehow de-selected itself:
 
Edit (along top toolbar) > Preferences, then click on Sales & Customers in the LHS list & on the "Company Preferences" tab, check that "Automatically apply payments" & "Automatically calculate payments" under Receive Payments are both ticked. 
If not, tick the checkboxes again & click on "OK" to save your updated changes.
