What has happened to the function in Receive Payments that pre populates the amount and ticks the invoice when searching by invoice number? I always used this option as it saves time, but now it seems not to be working. Anyone else noticed this?
Check your Preferences in case this option has somehow de-selected itself:
Edit (along top toolbar) > Preferences, then click on Sales & Customers in the LHS list & on the "Company Preferences" tab, check that "Automatically apply payments" & "Automatically calculate payments" under Receive Payments are both ticked. If not, tick the checkboxes again & click on "OK" to save your updated changes.
