Reckon 2015 PP wont start in Windows 10

After Upgrading to Windows 10, Personal Plus thinks it is on a new PC and won't open.

I have had this issue before in Win 7 and resolved by deleting the file "Quicken.Lic". I can't find that file in Windows 10. HELP!

I had a similar problem and it was found that Reckon suddenly did not like a filename longer than 8 characters! So I shortened the filename and all works well!

Hi Karl,

Welcome to the Reckon Community.

Firstly, set your Personal Plus icon to Run As Administrator (right-click > Properties > Compatibility > Settings).

Launch Personal Plus and follow through to activate your software again (Help > Licence Information > Renew).

This should allow you to access the software.
