Trying to update to Reckon Accounts 2019 but have a few problems;
1/ Even after going through the "firewall" troubleshooting I still cannot open the multi-user file in the second computer.
2/ My print and email functions are giving me a warning that the specified file is open and "The file exists" and I have to press OK a few times before it goes through.
3/ The same error comes up when I try to "manage" my templates and I can't get in at all.

Is anyone else experiencing issues?

    Did you already have 2019 R1 installed and were trying to put on the Tax Table Update?  Or were you upgrading from 2018 to 2019?

    Hi Linda, Annette, May I know what was the fix. We have a similar issue after upgrading to Reckon 2019 R1. Users are not able to open reckon database files in multi-user mode.

    We upgraded from 2018 to 2019 and installed updated tax table file on all PCs.

    We are using reckon accounts premier 2019 software. The files are on the server and reckon 2019 application is installed on the PCs.

    Bobby - did you add the new user QBDataServiceUser28 to the shared folder where you files are on the server?  and give that user full access to the folder?
