Reckon 2019 Print error message - fixes on Community not working

I have just upgraded to Reckon Accounts Premier 2019 and am now getting the error message as I have found other conversations that I found.  I have deleted the QBPrint.QBP files as was suggested.  The conversations said that Reckon would recreate the file.  When I now login Reckon does not recreate the file and I am still getting the message.  Are you able to help?

    Never mind I have used troubleshoot compatibility. This has done a fix and it seems the problem is sorted now.
