Hi, when you are looking in Reckon has the little box down the bottom left hand side have the include inactive box checked, that may be your problem.

no its not showing active products. full category of some products

Hi navdeep,
In the Reckon Accounts software, if you go to the Items List,
- click on the Lists menu
- click on Items List
- tick the "include inactive" checkbox at the bottom of the screen.
- click on the Item button and select "Hierarchical view"
Have you performed the "Reckon Accounts Transfer" procedure, which transfers info between the Reckon Accounts data file and the POS data file?
- Click on the Transfer icon in the POS Administrator application.

When i try to transfer files from point of sale to reckon account it gives a message : error code-14 Accounts OLE link error. check that the compatibility options for this application are not set to run to different operating system mode or as administrator.
