Reckon Account Hosted user STP Uploads in Reckon Govconnect status still pending for the last 5 weeks success status prior to this ???

Hi Alison,
Click on the 'Detail' link for the respective pay events to view the latest response message from the ATO.
The status on the list screen will then update to reflect that response ie. Success/Error etc.

This is happening to me too. I have uploaded my first STP from Reckon Hosted (6 April 2020), I have received a notification from ATO 2 days ago saying "Welcome to STP - the ATO has received your first STP report' BUT my first submission came back as error, so I submitted it a day later. I still have 'Pending' showing, even when I click into 'Details'.... it doesn't change to Success...(9 April 2020)  :(   Any ideas??
