Reckon Accounts 2013 - Search Doesn't Work!

I have Reckon Accounts 2013 and my search does not work?! I search for things which I know are in the system and it comes back with no results!? Anyone know how I can fix this??

    Are you refering to the built-in Search function in the Reckon Accounts program?

    To see if the issue is file-related or program-related, you can open the sample "Quick Enterprises" file located in C:\Users\Public\Documents\Intuit\QuickBooks\Sample Company Files\ReckonAccounts 2013 and test that search function.

    I have just bought an updated version 2015 , so I hope mine is going to work properly
