Hi Kristin,

Can you let us know which edition of Reckon Accounts 2017 you're using?

Do you mean inventory accounts rather than investment accounts?
If its the former, has it been switched on in your Company Preferences?

Hi again,

I am using Reckon Accounts  Personal Range 2017.

I confirm that the Investment accounts containing full history of each stock purchase is not showing up in the Balance Sheet. I also notice now that the Tax Control account is also not showing in Balance Sheet.

Would really appreciate some feedback.

Thanks

Kristin

OK thanks Kristin,

On your report please click on the Customise icon and then on the Accounts tab.  Click the Clear All button and then the Mark All button.  Confirm that all the accounts in the list are ticked.  Click OK to save.  Do all your Investment and Tax Control accounts now show in the Balance sheet Report?

regards,
John
