Windows 8.1 Pro, RA2015 Premier Edition

Please be advised. I just upgraded from MS Office 2013 to 2016

PDF emails etc worked OK

When doing a reconciliation -
Printing error -20 occurred as per this article:
http://kb.reckon.com.au/issue_view.asp?ID=3952

Was not an issue before the Office upgrade

Fix is the same as the KB article

In my case, only this step was required....
In the properties for the PDF Converter

image?

OK, OK etc then restart the computer
and issue was resolved

Can I suggest RA2016 is tested with Office 2016 to ensure full compatibility?

New issue with Outlook 2016: Can't attach files
This only started happening last few days, so I suspect a recent MS Office update is the cause.

NB I am using Windows 8.1 Pro, so this is not a Win-10 issue

    Refer to this article:
    http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/office/forum/office_2016-outlook/outlook-2016-cant-attach-files/97c53ca2-ceb1-4023-94c0-00b70dfd418b

This issue occurs when sending a PDF from Reckon Accounts eg Invoice, statement etc

Reckon creates the email in plain text format.
The attachment is there, but cannot be seen.

    Resolution:
In Reckon Accounts, enable this option.....

    image

Send the invoice/statement etc from Reckon
    The email displays in Outlook
    Select the "Format" Tab
Select "HTML" and the attachment appears
    Send the email

Developers please be aware for RA2016
