Reckon Accounts Data File Administrator login for 2019 R2 upgrade

I am new to our business and am a temp covering maternity leave, I don't have the login details (Reckon Accounts Administrator) to upgrade to Accounts 2019 R2 so I can process payroll today. Is there a work around available or can I get help resetting login details? Tried calling support line this morning and got disconnected while on hold, now they're not taking new calls.

There is no reason why you can do the pays in 2018 if thats all you have access to... the tax scales havent really changed except for a few things with HECS/HELP?

Thank you so much Linda for your response, I was hoping that was the case.
I will process in 2018 today and tomorrow will start working on getting the upgrade sorted - hopefully the support line will be available by then!?!
