Reckon Accounts Enterprise 2019 Crashing When Trying To Email Purchase Orders Etc...

Hi All,
A customer that I look after is having the below issue, any help would be great. Thanks
Reckon Accounts Version: Enterprise 2019
MS Office Version: Office 365 (2019)
Windows Version: Server 2008 R2
Company File Size: 900+ MB
Reckon Accounts is crashing randomly when staff try to email out of Reckon. (Example: When emailing purchase orders)
I have already tried renaming the company file so that it is under 8 characters and I have also tried recreating one of the staff member's profiles, but this did not make any difference.
Also, the issue can happen 6 times in a row for one staff member and then work for the rest of the day without issue.

Has office 365 done an update recently?
Is Outlook open before you open RA?
Does it come up with an error message or just crash/close?
If yes what is the message.
Have you tried rebuilding the file?
Uninstalling and re-installing the program, if the outlook driver has changed this will find everything again during installation.1 -

We recommend that you perform the file maintenance function Verify Data / Rebuild Data to check your data file integrity.
How to perform regular data file maintenance in Reckon Accounts (Desktop) - Verify Data / Rebuild Data
If there are no errors detected, then at least this eliminates data file damage as a possible contributor to the issue you are experiencing.
If there are errors in the data file which are not resolved by the rebuild data operation, then you may need to consider restoring a good backup or submitting your file to undergo analysis/repair.

Hi Kwikbooks,
Thanks for responding so quickly, I do appreciate it. Below are the answers to your questions.
1- The issue has been present ever since moving to Office 365 / Outlook 2019.
2- Outlook is usually opened after Reckon Accounts.
3- No message at all, RA just crashes out.
4- I have not tried rebuild the file.
I shall rebuild the file and if that does not fix the issue I shall reinstall Office as per your suggestion.
